Mary Ann Rodriguez, 87, died peacefully on Thursday, January 18, 2024. Mary Ann was born in Cumberland County, North Carolina on June 10, 1936. She is the eldest daughter of the late Wyman and Eunice Tew.

Mary Ann is predeceased by her husband, Miguel Rodriguez. She is survived by her 2 sons Michael Rodriguez and Paul Rodriguez (Bridget) along with her 2 beautiful granddaughters, Sunny and Ruby. Also celebrating her life are her 3 sisters, Gainey Bailey (Bobby), Sarah Kirchman and Billie Jackson (Bill).

After spending many years in South Florida, Mary Ann called Savannah home for the past 25 years. Mary Ann was a vibrant individual, donating her time to her local community hospital. She was an avid gardener and also enjoyed social outings and playing bridge with local friends. She was very young at heart, enjoyed traveling and also spending time at home with her cats. Mary Ann was always willing to lend a helping hand. Those who knew her knew that she was caring, compassionate and generous with her time and spirit.

Mary Ann will be missed greatly by her friends, family and neighbors however she will be remembered fondly with memories, smiles and laughter.

A celebration of her life will be held at 4pm on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Wilmington Island Presbyterian Church, 450 North Cromwell Road, Savannah, Georgia 31410.
